Exchange Policy

Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of the item being delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, please note the following:
- Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
- If the item is not returned in a fully resalable condition, it may not be eligible for an exchange.
- Depending on availability, you can exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product.
- We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges.
- Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for all exchange shipments.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a one-to-one replacement or a full refund. The issue must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify the fault before a resolution is offered. If the fault is approved, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Upon receiving your package, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the items meet our exchange criteria, we will proceed with the exchange.
